It is what we observe...

... when folks stay lean and trim (i.e. no metabolic syndrome), no diet
causes diabetes.


Oddly enough, too many refined carbs leads to NOT being lean and trim
AND diabetes T2.

But why are we asking a board certified quack cardiologist about
diabetes? He is barely qualified to be called a cardiologis, never mind
an endocrinologist. My 14 year old kid knows more about diet than chung
the quack.
