It is what we observe...

... when folks stay lean and trim (i.e. no metabolic syndrome), no diet
causes diabetes.

Oddly enough, too many refined carbs leads to NOT being lean and trim
AND diabetes T2.

I did not think so, you friggin' quack. You should be barred from
practising medicine for trying to make money by selling an unproven and
possibly dangerous weight loss plan. I think it is time that someone
takes the initiative and reports you to the AMA.
