Jeri---ok, that makes sense.

My logic also was, "If Im drinking a bottle of wine every day (well,
most days) ANYWAY, then reducing the number of cals and carbs by LC
eatring would still be relative to when Im NOT LCing....thus, still be a
****load fewer cals and carbs.

But I see wha you're saying about burning the alcohold first. That
makes sense. Partic since I didnt do my aerobics at all this week.

Lass dear,

The thing to remember is that alcohol calories are not treated like
others.

For one thing, Alcohol has 7 calories per gram, not 4 like carbs have.

Secondly, they are burned more like a fat.

Thirdly, there are a lot of sugar carb calories in wine depending on the
type of wine you drink. Not all are created the same! That can kill
your ketosis. Try comparing port to burgundy.

White Zin' is higher in sugar than Merlot.

Increase aerobics and it probably won't matter. G

Hope this helps? :-)
