Hey, 1 lb in a week is GOOD! Take it from someone who has been low-
carbing for 2 years who has gone as long as 6-8 weeks without losing

OK. Life is full of dissapointments. I warched "Hud" on TV this
morning....and a least I didnt have to shoot all my cattle due to Hoof
and Mouth disease....so, things could be worse.


Yeah, I HATE it when I have to shoot all my cattle.

Evidentally.....this is not true. If I've learned anything this week,
it's this:
Ya cant drink a liter of wine a day and lose weight.


Yup. Aside from the calories, you will burn off alcohol BEFORE you burn
off fat, so, at best, it will only postpone weight loss.
