Hi Deinise
I think you have done very well indeed! Congratulations! Have you talked
to your doctor about making your current weight the final goal weight? I
think you should and then you would just have to maintain. Once again
congratulations & all the best.

Hi,
Just delurking here again with a query or two......

I joined WW in May 2003 and have lost 50 pounds to date with which I
am very happy. I am still however around 10 pounds short of the WW
target but things are now at a bit of a standstill and I've just
stayed same weight for some time now sticking to my 20 points per day.
I have various health problems which prevent me from increasing
physical activity in order to progress with any more weight loss. Am
able to take short walks only now and then on good days.....
Everyone I talk to tells me I look fine and that I have lost enough
weight. I am happy with my clothes size at present. I am determined
that the weight I have lost will not be gained again as the health
implications are much too risky for me so my main aim at present is to
concentrate on keeping off what I have lost rather than try to lose
more weight. I know this will mean leaving WW as I'd be wasting my
money to continue attending. I feel I could manage to continue on my
own as this 20 points a day thing is now just a way of life with me
and it's a habit I am now on for life, etc. Others here may not agree
I could do this? My leader had always been understanding about my
limitations physically but I am reluctant to discuss with her if she
could accept a higher target for me as I think her response will be a
negative one? Your comments on this would be appreciated.

BTW, is the target higher if you are over 45 years of age? - I had
heard this was so, but not sure.......

Congrats to all here on their weight loss! ;-)
