Default Master Cleanse-what if you normally have "number 2" problems?

I'm a newbie to this group and need some urgent advice from anyone with
some knowledge or experience of the Master Cleanse / Lemonade Diet.
Today I'm starting the cleanse and have one main concern.

My concern is that you're doing a fad diet with no apparent specific
reason that would indicate why you want any fad diet or why this
one in particular.

All my life, I've been fairly "regular" (I'm now 27, so it's not an
old-age problem...yet!), if you know what I mean. I eat something,
then within the next hour, I'm off to the bathroom. Some say they're
envious, I say I'm cursed! It's not pleasant and sometimes an
inconvenience. It's also not a specific kind of food, just any food.
And the more I eat, the more I go!

That doesn't sound like regular. It sounds like dumping syndrome.
There should be some correlation between meals and movments,
but nowhere near only one hour.

Further, for around 6 years (since 21yo) I haven't been able to drink
full cream milk or else I can expect a sleepness night sitting in the
bathroom with the additional pleasure of having extreme cramping.
Other dairy products, unless it's a cheese platter, do no harm though,
so not sure if it's a lactose problem either!

Have you ever tried going 2 weeks dairy free? Dairy intollerances are
more common than most people realize and digestive problems can
be a symptom. Rather than lactose think maybe an intolerance to
the proteins. Doesn't matter either way, if you can't digest dairy and
it causes you to dump and/or insomnia the simple strategy of
avoiding dairy is the way to go. Think of the stuff as a personal
poison and see if a 2 week dairy-free trial has you feeling better. I
bet it does.

16% or so when I was a fitness junkie!). Now, I'm not too concerned
about the headaches, as I'm prone to them anyway, I'm not too concerned

Diet can cure migraines. I started low carbing in 1999 and since
then I have had exactly one migraine. It was during a high stress
2 week project where I lived on high carb junk food. Back to what
has been my normal food since 1999, and no more migraines
since.

Can anyone please assist? What can I do to avoid having up to 2 weeks
of sleepless nights??? :'(

Ditch the fad plan and try an isolation system by going dairy free.
