huh? Ok, you could avoid trans fats that way, but there are plenty of
prepared, fat free foods that have other stuff in them that isn't healthy,
like high fructose corn syrup, for example.

Alas,
after eating almost the whole bag, I realized that there are PHO in the
meatballs. That sucks, as these were easy to cook and tasty. This begs
the question as to why they're adding oils like that to meatballs.
Anyway, another lesson learned -- always read the labels, regardless of
what you think should be in there.


My final conclusion for myself, is not to buy any prepared food.
