Default No weight loss this week.

How many hours per day Jarkat?

1 hr to 1.5 hrs, depending on what my schedule is. This does not include the
15 - 30 min stretching session our family is having every evening.

This does not include chasing after 2 little ones, housework, wallpaper
stripping, etc.


do not count that time...


Well, we will have to disagree here. I put a lot of effort into my home and do
almost all improvement projects. Some are a lot of work! I don't exactly
include work time as part of my exercise time, but it still counts.

try one day, it will be iluminating. I know that it is a real pain in
the ass though, I did it just once during my dieting, last week
actually.


I'm not ready to go there yet ... but maybe at some point.
What did you find when counting your calories?



yeah, if you cannot deal with it, throw it out... I have to live with
snacks at home (all kinds of sweet, chochlate stuff etc) but I never
put it in my mouth to not be tempted.


I wish I could say I could have it here for the rest of the family, but I
can't. Maybe at some point .. but it's not now.

keep going, weight fluctuates, especially for women.
