Hopefully the information you find helps you on your weight loss journey!

I've learned one thing on my weight loss journey. I gained weight
because I ate too much and became lazy. There are 100 diets out there
to choose from. I keep watching my friends go from one diet to
another. Dieting is supposed to be something simple. Why do we make
it so hard? Eat sensibly and exercise. Eat sensibly and exercise.
Why the heck is this way of life so hard for people, including myself.
People are making a fortune writing new diet books to help us lose
weight.
I think weight watchers is the only real diet program out there. It
teaches you how to control your eating habits, choose the right foods,
the right portions, and exercise. It is so freaking basic. Why is it
so difficult? WHY? WHY? WHY? I have been fighting with my weight
since I had my three kids a million years ago.
I was a skinny kid, and skinny into my late twenties. I had three kids
and the dieting began. Sometimes I am skinny, then I am fat. It's like
a never ending battle. I can't even imagine how someone feels when
they have to lose over 100 lbs. I can't even begin to imagine.
I am going nuts thinking I have to get 20 lbs off.
Thanks for listening to me rant. It's a slow day at work. ;-)
