I followed my plan today! :-)


My plan:

1 hard-boiled egg 78 kcal
1 slice WonderPlus toast 95 kcal
1 calcium chew 20 kcal
1 multi-vitamin 0 kcal
1 can salmon 120 kcal
1 V-Go veggie drink 40 kcal
1 cup Romano beans 260 kcal
200 g broccoli 70 kcal
1 calcium chew 20 kcal

Total 703 kcal


Jenny -- good for you! On that kind of calorie program, I'm sure
you're going to lose weight! Heavy on veggies is great!
