because a number is shoved in to your face every day to remind you
that you are overweight and how hard it is going to be for you to
loose weight. I think certain types of exercise are easier if you just
do not pay attention to things that mess with your mind like ok lets
go walking and not pay attention to the fact that you have walked a
mile instead of actually trying to walk a mile. I want to know what
your opinion is of doing everything right for a month and not weighing
yourself is?
Daily weight check in AM using good digital scale that reads to 1/10 pound after voiding without clothes and chart results.
