If you're having trouble upping the points, have some good high point
foods. Macadamias or cashews (or other nuts, of course) will do the trick,
or some other healthy fatty/oily food (it sounds like a contradiction,
doesn't it??).

Also change your routine a bit. If you exercise, change what you're
doing. If you ride a bike, do a bit of walking too (or instead), and try
to mix it up. If you've been eating chicken, change to an oily fish.

Just a couple of thoughts, but don't get disheartened. You've done so
well so far, Kathy!
