Steve's LC FruitCake:

8 Atkins FrankenFruit Bars
3 cups Almond Flour
1 cup heavy cream
8 Tbs Splenda

Grind up FrankenFruit Bars into a paste. Blend in Almond Flour.
Chill. Add Cream and Splenda. Mix well. Pour into cake pan and let
sit until it hardens or turns rancid.
