What other soups are on your list?

Progresso, mostly--any of the chicken broth based, like Chicken Rotini
(only 200 calories for the whole can), or the "vegetable classics", with my
favorite being Lentil, as it's savory and loaded with fiber.

Also, do you use vegetable fillers in your soups, like cabbage?

Fresh spinach, and lots of it. I'm a blood platelets donor and I've
found the addition of (almost daily) spinach to my diet keeps my iron level
maintained. Besides, it tastes good.

Great for you! I can no longer donate blood but I sure wish I could

Absolutely super!

I alterted to my far better half tonight about an advertisement for
fiber, sprinkled in the food. I really like spinach and think I might
chuck it in to my food.

Progresso is now on my "to buy" list!

Yours truly,
