alcohol calories
How many here have experience trying to lose weight while not cutting out
alcohol entirely? I'm counting calories and sticking to 800-1000 calories
less than what I should be burning daily, but I do enjoy my glass or two of
wine in the evening. Of course, I'm including these calories in my totals,
but do alcohol calories affect you differently than common food calories? I
eat supper about 3-4 hours before bedtime, but I sometimes have a drink
close to bedtime. Would this be a problem if my total calories are within
range?
