Excellent, RCE! I also noticed that all the diets in every magazine I
open at the supermarket is low-calories. The secret is to find the one
that will make you loss weight the easiest and possible to maintain in
the long term. What has worked extremely well for me in the past is
eating lots of vegetables and fruits. The more vegetables you eat, the
less room there is for other kind of food. For instance, last week I
cooked a large piece of steak, enough to feed 2 people. I ate it
without salad or anything. If I had had a big salad with that, I would
have eaten probably the third, so that's lots of calories that add up.
And you have to consider how much vitamins and minerals I did not get.
