Default Vita-nutrients?

If you are in agreement with the philosophy of Dr Atkins you may want to
read first: "Dr Atkins' Age-Defying Diet" or second: "Dr Atkins'
Vita-Nutrient Solution."
What you ultimately decide to take as supplements depends upon your buy-in
to the supplement philosophy. There are supplements you can take to assist
in losing weight, improve health, or treat a condition.

Dr Atkins' Basic 3 multi-vitamin is a good starting point but you will soon
discover that additional amounts or additional supplements are beneficial.
Consider these and the dosages:

Co-Q10
B-Complex
Fish Oil
Flax Oil
Borage Oil
(Dr Atkins combines the oils in one product but they are far less expensive
if you shop around and buy each individually)
Vitamin C
Vitamin E
Selenium
Lipoic Acid
other antioxidants
Magnesium
DHEA
EGCG
other Bioflavonoids

| Howdy folks,
|
| I've been on Atkins and daily excersize (walking and weight training)
since
| July and I've gone from 235 to 209. I'm shooting for 185. Anyway, I've
| supplemented my diet with a daily multi-vitamin. Centrim or it's
equivalent.
| Is that enough? Should I take more dietary supplements?
