Default Back on track -for now...

I've been pretty frustrated with not going under 179 a month ago. I
went back to my junk food and gained 9 pounds in 10 days. Now I'm back
on tracker, hopefully for good. My thinking is not complicated: Of all
you eat, make it 80% vegetables and fruits. My blender is back in
service.
