Default Has anyone heard about Cohen Lifestyle clinic, I have a question if you have

wow, thanks so much!

this is really insightful.

Yes I'm in Australia, started this a few weeks ago, I would be interested to
know how your friend went, and if she ever wandered off. You would know how
insanely strict it is, it is virtually impossible to eat anything other than
what you have prepared yourself.

Did your friend keep off her weight and do you know how much she lost in
what time? sorry about the questions, it's just that they kind of keep you
away from others on the diet, don't like you talking for some reason, maybe
because you will compare your "exclusive" eating plan and realise it is
identical!

Anyway as you can see, it's working I'll see how I am tracking after my
second months weigh in!

Hi Guys,

has anyone ever heard of the Cohen Lifestyle clinics and Dr Cohens diet?

I've been on the diet for approximately 6 weeks, and have had some great
results 11.6kg (21.78lbs) in 4 weeks.

I was hoping there might be someone out there with some experience or
information on the eating plan.

Currntly I'm STARVING at night, I've tried coffee, water, walking ... I
can't seem to kick this insane hunger at night.

Hi Cryss, are you australian too?
I know someone who has done cohens, they lost a huge amount of weight, but
it required a huge reduction in calories. you must be very committed. I
know she had lots of problems with hunger as well. All i can suggest is
making up a list of things you can do when ur not hungry, for the times
when you re hungry and bored. i think the clue is to do things that are
mutually exclusive. Ie something you do which means you cant eat. ring
someone on the phone. brush your teeth. Declutter ur house, think of all
sorts of activities you can do when you feel the need to eat. most of all.
sit down and get a journal and write down why you want to eat. do you feel
physically hungry, or are you just bored, and wanting a new taste
sensation to occupy your mind. its mind games, you have to sit with ur
feelings and work out what it is you really want. and will eating that
chocolate biscuit or whatever it is really help you. one thing to write
down however specific you have to be, is how you will feel five minutes
after eating what you want. the more real you make it in your mind, the
more determined you might end up being.

good luck

Any suggestions and guys I'd owe you!
