WI Last night
I am new here and I see people post about their weight in, so here goes!!
Week 3: 102kg No change from last week. 3kg total loss, 27kg left to lose
(That's 225 lb total, 7lb loss, 60lb left to lose)
I am pleased. I had a bad week so no change was good and I am still on track
with my goal of 0.5 - 1kg loss per week on average.
Thanks for reading, I am doing this from home this time so it's good to have
a "virtual" group to report to!
