I have recently discovered All Bran Bars - honey nut flavor. In my
opinion they are very good and very filling. I usually have them with a
piece of fruit for breakfast or a 3:00 snack in the afternoon, does the
trick!!
Thought I would share - oh and they are only 2 points for the whole bar
and they are a fair size.
