Left foot tendonitis is better but foot is still a bit tender, so no
walking for exercise. I'm drinking more water today.
I ate an extra cup of noodles at home because I was home early in the
afternoon waiting for the clothes dryer repair person.
At this calorie rate, I will lose about 15 pounds a month.
