Day 6 and 4 pounds gone. In a hundred days I hope to have 50 pounds gone.
You can't lose 4 lbs in 6 days unless you're eating almost nothing and
exercising constantly. You lost water weight.

Fewer calories in than you need to support your weight and you will
lose the pounds, ounces, etc. Make those calories fewer by dieting and/
or exercise. I'm doing both.
No magic, no nonsense, just nose to the grindstone and fewer calories
in than you need to support your current weight.
From my perspective, I want a reasonably big weight loss to maintain
motivation. Mildly changing doesn't work for me and I don't think it
really helps to motivate a lot of people.

Many of the names have changed since I was last here, but I sure hope
everyone makes her/his goal and is supportive of others in their quest
to lose weight.
