i'm already tracking with fitday - i must've missed where it gives you
percentages of what i should be eating. i've seen it break down the rda %
for vitamins for you need vs intake but not for calories or
fat/protien/carbs. only saw the charts it makes of what i've inputted.

can you give me a direct link to what you are talking about - i must be
missing it - thanks
