I started the day with a banana, swam a mile in 55 minutes, and had a
very small bowl of muesli when I got in. I had a zero poin soup and
Ryveta for lunch, followed by an apple...
Dinner tonight was devilled chicken breast, brown rice, fresh beans and
carrots, and pudding was a bakes desert apple stuffed with mincemeat,
with a small serving of oat cream replacement.
I gnawwed a large carrot to death while preparing dinner!
21.5 points altogether. I'm on 19 per day, and had saved up 2.5 points
from Friday and Saturday, so I still haven't touched the 4.5 the
swimming earned me.
I'm trying not to use earned points. I want to stick with the poibnts
allowance only as far as I can.
