The Clam Chowder by Healthy Choice is a ready to eat soup, so you don't have
to add water or milk. The can is 15oz. and the nutritional facts are for
16oz. Although it is not considered low calorie, the calorie count isn't
that bad. If you like Clam Chowder, this is a good one.

Nutrition Facts:

Serving size: 1 cup
Servings per container about 2

Calories 110
Calories from fat 10

Total fat 1 g.
saturated fat 0.5g.
trans fat 0g.

Cholesterol 15mg.

Total Carbohydrate 19g

Protein 5g.

Jackie -

I like clam chowder. Those numbers seem pretty good for me. (I don't
mind salt much.)

I've tried that in the past and will again in the future. Nice to have
something you can open up and it only goes for 220 calories.

Yours,

Caleb
