I like clam chowder. Those numbers seem pretty good for me. (I don't
mind salt much.)

I've tried that in the past and will again in the future. Nice to have
something you can open up and it only goes for 220 calories.

I have had soup (a whole can) for dinner twice a week since I started
my diet in October. It's filling and satisfying, especailly on these
blustery days. I DO limit it to broth-based, so the info on this Clam
Chowder is appreciated.

xgizzie -- terrific!

What other soups are on your list? I'm thinking of getting a variety
of soups and having one for each evening of the week, so I don't have
to think about what I'm having for dinner. Also, do you use vegetable
fillers in your soups, like cabbage?
