It depends on whether the nutrition count I'm using refers to cooked or
uncooked.
For example, in Fitday, 4oz of cooked lean ground beef has 302 calories, 21g
fat, 27g protein. However, if you start out with 4oz of raw lean ground beef
the yield after cooking will be less and so will the nutritional
counts......237 calories, 16g fat, 22g protein.

If your source doesn't say if the counts are for cooked or raw I would find
another source of information.
