Hello all - I just have to share my news.
Been doing LC since early August. Started at 246 now at about 212 lbs.
About 6 months ago my cholesterol was 260, now it is 224
Tri. was 228, now it is 127
LDL was 159 now it is 149

I am getting there. Drop another 12-15 lbs and the cholesterol a little
more.

Pretty excited about this!!
