I haven't.

I am encouraged by reports of people with experiences that different
from mine. Thanks to you and Dogman!

The strange thing is that my brother and SIL who
turned me on to low carb have gone off and she has gained quite a bit of
weight.

For me it happened the other way around. My SIL and her husband saw me
lose a lot of weight so they tried low carbing, but not on any specific
plan. Not knowing what to do they continued having cravings and gave up
and regained.
