I've gone many months below 50g. Anyone doing Atkins would be at
that level for at least two months. Good to hear it's working for you.
I've been trying low-carb diet for the past year. I eat bread/sandwich for breakfast, otherwise about 2/3 of veggies and 1/3 meat.

At the beginning I thought it should be quite difficult to quit noodles, pasta or rice and I may feel hungry easily. After a while, I found out that those are unnecessary worries and I feel good and healthy both psychologically and physically. But I have to say that it is still quite difficult for me to quit carbs in the morning (I need some energy for the day).
