Day 3 - Sick
Ok. I'm sore and sick. I think I have the flu. I have gross, yucky stuff
in my nose and throat. I just had to tell everyone that, because I am a
really open person when it comes to my colds. LOL
No exercise today. I can't move from being sore and if I do move I ache
from head to toe, and that's a lot of aching.
I weighed 207 this morning. That is another pound gone, but now that I
have started exercing, I am worried about weighing because musle weighs more
than fat and if I started gaining weight........ Anyway, I measured all the
important parts yeasterday, so if I start gaining weight I will just go by
inches.
I will be leaving for the weekend ( on most weekends ). So I will post
again on Sun. or Mon.

I hope noone minds if I write some food reviews, such as the one that I did
with the clam chowder, if I find a really good or bad low calorie food ( or
something that I can concider on my diet ) I would like to post a comment
about it. Maybe this can help someone else in their goals.
