Hi!

Hello!

My name is Mandy and I was thinking of joining the online weight
watchers program but, was wondering if someone could tell me if this
program is easy enough to maintain in the long run?

I've been following the different plans for over 6 years now. Fairly
easily.

Also, is it safe
for pregnant women because my sister is due in October and was wanting
to do this program also with me.

Your sister cannot be a member while pregnant, it's against Weight
Watchers policy. As for as safe to follow the program, she has to ask her
doctor about that.

I'm 22 and she's 27. Also, sorry for
so many questions, is portions easy to calculate while traveling
without using measuring tools?

If you measure your portions when at home, you get a good idea of what a
portion looks like. You cannot be totally accurate without measuring tools
though.

My sister is just looking to keep
herself healthy for her baby and I am looking to lose atleast 65
pounds.

Mandy H.

I lost 70 lbs and maintained the loss since 2003! ;o)
