A Weight watchers plan modified with some additional techniques.

Between 2,000 and 2,200 part of which is offset by 6 days of burning
approximately 250 in exercise.

3. What is your age, sex, height and before and after weights?

57, female, 67.5 inches. Before (distant) 365, before more recent 250, after
159 - 164, for the past 27 months.

4. Any additional comments about what made you successful.

Making a committment on February 24th of 2002 that I would attend WW
meetings and pay until I got to my goal weight, and that I would not do my
traditional lose 100 and quit act, when I had a week where I gained. And
then I did everything I read about or anyone suggested to see if it would
work. If it did I incorporated it into my plan, if not I tossed it out.

I'll summarize the results for everybody!

Thanks!
