Nice hypothesis, but give an example.

Whoa. That's quite an update from "try harder." And you know what? I
bet
it would work. I don't plan it this way, but some days I'll eat
low-ish
fat and much lower calorie than others, while still being low-carb, and
I
haven't stalled yet.

Eat low fat and low calorie for a week and then switch back to low

I am sure this question has been posted hundreds of times but I have
not
been in the LC Newsgroup for a few months:
I have lost 25 lbs. in 3 mos which is 10% of my pre-diet weight and I
have plateau'd now. I haven't dropped a single pound in almost 3
weeks.
I am sticking to the plan rather faithfully with my carb count at
between 20 and 30 grams a day, which is the rate that allows me to
normally drop 1 1/2 to 3 lbs a week. What do I need to do to get off
this plateau? Or will my body eventually shake it off on its own?
HELP! I'm getting discouraged!

Only in math. Sometimes the only way up is up, and the only way down is
down.
