Default "Ideal" weight

Mine is 6'2" and 188 lbs. and last night ate 1/2 of a pepperoni and mushroom
pizza with extra cheese a full order of mozzarella cheese sticks (1/2 cup
ranch dipping sauce) with 2 - 12 oz, Dews to wash it down. For dessert
(while sitting on the couch watching TV) about 2.5 cups of mint chocolate
chip ice cream drowned in chocolate syrup!!! This is not an unusual day
actually it's quite normal. But I have to work out for 3 hours last night to
work off 8 oz. of chicken breast. I always say that genetics doesn't make
people fat, eating too much and moving too little make people fat, but DH is
making me think genetics can make people skinny!!!! What can I say....life's
not fair.

I married him JayJay! The part that drives me nuts is that his body is

low body fat/good muscle definition) even with his horrible eating and
nonexistent workout habits. Go figure.


Uh, nope, you didn't marry him then. He's currently about
230lbs at 5'10" tall. ANd still eating horribly.
