What happened to your shoulder?

I hurt my rotator cuff doing a snatch -- my left arm went back too far
in the overhead position and I didn't let go when I should have. If
you don't know what a snatch is (and care :-) ), see:

What is creatine?

Creatine is a compound formed . It occurs naturally in some foods
(like beef), but many strength athletes take additional creatine. It
is believe to increase muscular endurance and hence to enhance
strength training. There also appears to be some evidence that it
helps maintain muscle tone in people with conditions such as lupus,
muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, and ALS (Lou Gehrig's
disease). All of these claims are debated in the literature. Here's
one of the better descriptions I found on a quick search. (Since most
are from companies selling creatine, they tend to be a bit slanted;
this is from an ALS site.)
