with fresh fruit in place of low-fat flavored yogurt, adding a

of olive or flax seed oil, etc.
I'm just happy to see the scale going in a downward trend once
again
and
hope it continues.

Way to go Bev! I'd be willing to bet it was the combination of the
water and all of those little changes you mentioned, but then again
there is no study proving conclusively that drinking water leads to
weight loss...

Then we're all drinking the same water... because the scale was down
another two pounds this morning. Like Bevery, I checked it a few
times.
Weird. That's 5.5 pounds in 10 days. My normal rate over the summer
was about 1 pound a month. I guess "practicing maintenance" is over!
