require much of a change in my WOE as I seemed to be eating most of the
foods on the core list. I just had to make a few minor adjustments such as
using skim milk for coffee instead of non-dairy coffee creamer, plain yogurt
with fresh fruit in place of low-fat flavored yogurt, adding a daily serving
of olive or flax seed oil, etc.

I'm just happy to see the scale going in a downward trend once again and
hope it continues.
