This might be a silly remark. Could you possibly "dye" your other
jeans black?

I work at a place which has a "uniform" code. We were given two pair
of pants a year. I had about eight pair of these pants. We were
wearing these light brown pants. Then a new supervisor took over and
he wanted us to wear black pants. They gave us two pairs of the the
black pants. But I live alone (widowed male) and I do not have a
washing machine in my apartment. I have to go to a laundry matt across
the street and I don't like to go that often.
I bought some dye and used my forty gallon plastic waste bucket as the
means to dye my brown pants into black.
It worked real well for me.
