I've been low-carbing very strictly now for the better part of a week
and
I'm feeling completely euphoric right now (a feeling that started
today).
What might explain this? I feel GREAT! This is so amazing. I'm going
to
shortchange myself on sleep tonight endulging in this rare mood of
mine.
My opinion:
You have finally broken metabolic barrier and started glucogenesis.
Given your past problems with carb addiction, that is great achievement
for you!
Now concentrate on staying on plan. Past this point it should be much
easier, just do not stay on very low levels of carbs for too long. Two
weeks is all that you need at very low level, then start going up.
