Question: is a six-pack of abs possible for me?

Six pack abs is a question of body-fat. You need 10% for them to be
visible.

I'm just starting week 4 of this:

I don't expect to get ripped because it requires a bodybuilder's diet,
which isn't worth it to me. But after only 3 weeks of the program, I
feel every muscle in my body tightening up, and that IS worth the
effort.

You can do all the wild exercise in the world, but it you don't eat
correctly, you will never look good. Diet plays a FAR bigger role in all
of this.

Not exactly true, at least not for everyone. I lift regularly *and* eat
like an idiot. Sure, I have a pretty puffy mid-section but my enormous ass
(in a good way), thighs, shoulders, biceps, and chest help detract from
that...somewhat.

As I tell to the ladies, I have a six pack, I just keep it in the mini
fridge.
