oil, cottonseed oil, safflower oil, canola oil, and WHEAT.


I ingest soybean oil and canola oil in store-bought products,
which I should try harder to avoid.


Yes, you should, Jean, in my opinion.

Olive oil and coconut oil are far better choices.

Even leaf lard.
