Well, I've only been working at losing for about two weeks now but I've
already noticed some positive changes. I've dropped about eleven pounds,
which is a lot for two weeks but I'm sure most of it is water. I feel so
much less bloated than I did at the beginning of the month and my clothes
are already fitting a tiny bit better.

For the last few days I've been just flooded with energy. I found myself
dancing around the house earlier this evening.

I've been eating small meals spread out through the day and I haven't felt
deprived. Before I would eat huge portions and then feel bad and go as

long
as I could before eating again. Now if I feel hungry I EAT and I don't

have
to feel guilty because I know I am eating good stuff in healthy portions.
I'm eating between 1900 and 2400 calories per day and learning how to
respond to my hunger cues instead of cravings.

I've just upped my exercise from thirty minutes a day to forty. I still

have
a long way to go and sometimes I still get a little worried that I will

fail
once again, but I try my hardest to shake those thoughts and just focus on
getting through one day at a time. So far, so good!

I love reading posts like this one. You're doing fine and have a very
sensible plan in place. Eating smaller meals throughout the day has worked
for many of us. It has certainly worked for me.

Don't worry about past failures and just concentrate on your success this
time.
