Food & Exercise -- 5/12/2007 (yesterday)
Yesterday I went to my morning hip-hop class as usual (though I've
been hit by about the worst hay fever I've ever had!). In the
afternoon we drove up to PA to visit my mother-in-law. We took her
out to a fancy restaurant for dinner.
Food:
* 7:15 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed
* 12:15 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3
slices f/f cheese & grated French hard cheese
* 3:00 (driving): ~ 1 1/2 oz. beef jerky
* 7:00 (restaurant): 2 glasses wine; pear & arugula salad, w/ shaved
parmesan, walnuts, & raspberry vinaigrette; large piece of grilled
salmon w/ sauteed asparagus; chocolate caramel cheesecake
Exercise:
10:30: 1 hour hip-hop cardio class
