Food & Exercise -- 7/13/2007
Hey, just noticed it's Friday the 13th -- not that I pay attention to
such things :-). Anyway, today I went to the gym as usual, and went
to the pool this afternoon -- nothing else of note. (I am getting way
too lazy between exercise and social activities -- need to get back to
home projects!) Anyway...
Food:
* 7:30 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed
* 10:45 (gym, between lifitng & yoga): energy breakfast bar
* 1:00 (home): turkey breast burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/
f/ cheese, dill pickle, & catsup
* 4:15 (pool cafe): 1 package Sun Chips
* 8:30 (home): 2 eggs scrambled w/ ~3 oz. poached salmon (left over
from the other night) and 3 slices f/f cheese {I wasn't sure what ot
expect, but it was very good :-).}; 1 generous glass wine
Exercise:
* 10:00: Lifting: Squats w/ 15 lb. body bar standing on flat side of
BOSU ball: back, front, overhead; Side stepping with elastic band
around feet; Stiff-legged deadlift; Leg curls; Calf extensions; Hip
adductor; Hip abductor
* 11:00: 75-minute yoga class
* 3:30 -- 5:30: swimming: 2 x 12 lengths -- total 600 meters {Started
raining then, so I abandoned my planned 3rd swim session and went
home.}
