Default Early in South Beach phase II, eating small amount of noodles caused problems

I finished phase I fine and began phase II. At some point during phase
II I went out with friends to eat a hibachi dinner. I ordered chicken
& shrimp and veggies and ate a small amount of brown rice. Before the
meal was ended the server gave me a small portion of cooked noodles,
which I sampled. When I swallowed the mouthful of noodles (probably
too much in one gulp) I experienced (1) difficulty swallowing, and (2)
dizziness during and after the swallow. The dizziness lasted just a
few seconds and did not return. I also knew I had eaten too many carbs
because that night I woke up in the middle of the night with leg
cramps, a symptom I'm now familiar with.

Can anyone relate to these symptoms (difficulty swallowing and
dizziness)? I'm thinking of speaking to my MD about it, but until I
get to see him I'm concerned.

Thanks in advance for your comments.
