Is anyone else addicted to the natural peanut butter , put out by

so good that I just can't have it in the house anymore.
The best cure for me is just leave it on the shelve as it's hard to
stop at
two tablespoons.

Peanut butter is the new chocolate in my house. I get mine from Whole
Foods or
Trader Joes. I love natural peanut butter! And it's the only food I
have to
watch these days, since I've lost my taste for most carbs. Really, it's
the
only thing I'll eat to excess. But it's *so* addictive. I'm
self-employed,
and if I hit my target hours by mid-afternoon, I allow myself a break.
It's
astonishing how much peanut butter I can eat during a break. And it's
not
because I'm hungry, it's because it tastes so good. I've had to set
limits for
myself in order to not o.d. on the sodium.

What I can't understand is how so many people like the "fake" peanut
butter -- once you try genuine peanut butter, the fake stuff tastes, well,
fake.
