Of course it's ironic. The bottom line is that, like many (if not most)
people, my feelings are conflicted.

Shoot me, but I don't think a doughnut is worth being concerned over
if you
eat in moderation, and I don't think a poochy belly is that big of a
deal if
you don't want to exercise and eat doughnuts too.

I think an occasional doughnut that keeps me well within my calorie
count for the day isn't likely a big component in me having a poochy
belly. Also, as I've pointed out, I have started doing some exercising.
I just was curious if either of the types of doughnuts was healthier
than the other. I've pretty much decided, from the responses I've
gotten, that I need to add BOTH KINDS of doughnuts to my "generally
don't eat" list. Of course, they were already there...but this week I
made a couple of exceptions, and I'll plan to do that much less
frequently.

It's all about choices.

You'll get no argument from me on that.
