High protein, low carb, low fat diet?
Recommended foodstuffs are lots of veg, fruit, legumes,
and whole grains, 4 oz meat/fish/chicken a day for
B12 and high-absorption iron, some dairy if you can
tolerate it, and steam or stir fry your food, don't
deep fry.
